Meet Your Trainer 

Tobi Schnell is the owner of The Mindset Academy, an organisation dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Its core mission is to create environments, in boardrooms, offices, and community settings, where people feel confident and equipped to have open, meaningful conversations about mental health. 

To achieve this, The Mindset Academy delivers accredited Mental Health First Aid courses, along with suicide prevention training, workshops, and toolbox talks, all of which can be customised to meet specific organisational or industry needs. 

In addition, Tobi Schnell is the Cairns Community Support Officer for the Stay Afloat programme, a national initiative that supports the mental health and wellbeing of those working in Australia’s commercial fishing industry.
