WHAT IS BLENDED MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING?

Blended Mental Health First Aid training combines self-paced online learning with in-person or live virtual workshops. This structure allows learners to absorb core concepts at their convenience before participating in a practical session guided by a certified instructor.

The course covers the same nationally accredited content as traditional face-to-face programmes, but with the added flexibility of online access. Participants gain a deep understanding of mental health conditions, learn how to identify early warning signs, and practise how to provide immediate support when someone is experiencing a mental health issue.

By blending theory and practice, this course ensures participants can apply their knowledge confidently in real-world scenarios, whether at work, in the community, or within their own families.
